Broker Montana Good Life Properties Inc./eXp Realty

I am on a mission to raise the bar in real estate so high that agents will need pole vaulting experience just to sell a starter home.

Not sure what you deserve from your real estate agent? Let me show you.

I guarantee that working with me will be unlike any previous real estate experiences you've had. Bought and sold many properties? Never bought or sold before? Prepare to have your expectations exceeded.

I started Montana Good Life Properties for the same reasons most successful real estate professionals often leave larger franchises or local brokerages – a desire to do things differently frustration with the crooked iPhone listing photos, rah rah meetings about being a marketing ninja and those god awful trainings with crappy Costco muffins (so dry and tasteless, like so many property descriptions for listings).

I suspect we might create some memories together that don't involve perfectly edited clips with me waving my arms in a grandiose manner asking you "which house will it be, the one with the in-ground hot tub or the delightful chef's kitchen with dual pasta spouts?"  Don't get me wrong, I can get you those spouts and then some if they're on your non-negotiable list, because that's how I roll in real estate.

10-Second Background Bio

I have designed outdoor spaces for one of the original Google first hires, retrieved a giant golden sphere from Tippi Hedren's wildlife refuge during a wildfire, met James Brown on an MC Hammer video, ridden a camel in the Sahara and designed living spaces in less than 90 seconds on the fly.  Why is this important, shouldn't I just be touring homes and waiting for the phone to ring?  Oh no, real estate is so much more than that! My insatiable curiosity to make things better and ask the right questions sets me apart (hence the fun we'll have together) which is why I use lots of systems and support staff behind the scenes to make sure all of the important details are taken care of while we are out there getting things done, whatever that looks like to you.  That is my focus, putting our energy and expertise where it needs to go.

Coming from a creative design background, I have an insatiable curiosity to make things better, more efficient. I'm not afraid to step outside the box of real estate to get it done.

Schedule a meeting with me here.

Our office is leading the way in Montana to become the most innovative real estate team in the region.

From day one, Page was amazing to work with. She was always available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction, and she offered an incredible wealth of knowledge about real estate. She helped me find the right place quickly and guided me through every step of the way during closing.

Katrina E.

We just bought our first home and it's all thanks to Page! Page and her team went out of their way to educate us about each part of the process and all were quick and thorough in their responses to questions. We can't recommend Page and the Montana Good Life Team highly enough.

Kent L.

Best agent I have ever worked with, hands down. Exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, honest and communicative, and handles complex transactions seamlessly. Page goes way above and beyond, especially and importantly in the current environment. She has a wealth of experience and it shows.

Michele H.

Page's deep knowledge of the real estate business, ability to explain it's complexities and commitment to representing her clients interests made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of buying my new home. It all went incredibly smoothly and I credit that to her skilled representation.

Douglas M.

As a first-time home buyer, I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to Page. She was really helpful with all my newbie questions about the process. When we told her we wanted to find a house as soon as we could, she acted FAST. She was showing us houses the next day, and she was quickly on the same page with us.

Yonder Ridge Ranch is 282± acres of secluded Gallatin Valley ranchland, just 12 miles from Bozeman. Offered for the first time in more than 50 years, it's one of the largest unencumbered holdings, free of covenants, deed restrictions, zoning, and conservation easements, to reach the tightly held Bozeman market. The ranch combines irrigated hay ground, open pasture, and timbered creek bottoms, with strong water rights and views of the Spanish Peaks, Gallatin Range, and Bridger Range. It's also great wildlife country with elk, mule deer, whitetail, and upland birds, including a winter and spring herd of several hundred elk that graze the ranch. Land like this doesn't come along often, and for the family that's held it for half a century, it's been more than just ground to run cattle on. A well-built home and outbuildings anchor the property, sheltered on three sides by Yonder Ridge, Harry's Hill, and a raised bench above the Cottonwood Creek bottoms. The ranch sits twenty minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and thirty minutes from Big Sky, and suits a working agricultural operation, a private retreat, or an equestrian estate. For the right buyer, it's a chance to put down the same kind of roots. 282± acres in Bozeman, Montana, with dramatic views of the Spanish Peaks, Gallatin Range, and Bridger Range. 140 cropped acres, 140 irrigated and historically farmed in alfalfa, grain, and grass, plus 142± acres of pasture supporting 42 cow/calf pairs or 252 AUMs across a 6-month grazing season. Five recorded water rights including a ¾ share in the West Gallatin Canal Company, with priority dates ranging from 1867 to 1909. Wortman Creek, Trail Creek, and Yonder Creek wind through the property; the West Gallatin Canal forms the northwest boundary, with ditches delivering water throughout. Improvements include a 3,467± square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home extensively renovated and expanded in 2012, a 595 square-foot detached two-car garage, and a 1,237± square-foot heated shop and shed. There is a moment when mountains, nature, sweeping vistas and balanced architecture merge perfectly. One&Only Moonlight is built exactly for that moment. Designed by Olson Kundig and set in Big Sky, Montana, this One&Only Private Home holds its ground quietly. Six bedrooms across three levels. Floor-to-ceiling glass that frames treetops, snow-capped peaks, and a long open run to the valley below. The sunsets are unlike any you have seen. What sets this residence apart is what came after the architects. Where the collection is delivered to a single standard, these owners commissioned their own bespoke cabinetry, a fully outfitted pantry with built-in espresso machine, double ovens, second refrigerator and customized cabinetry. They expanded the second entry to include wine storage to envy and completely redesigned an office space that is elegant and sophisticated. The home includes custom furniture, artistic wall coverings, a serious audio-visual package and window treatments. Finishes carefully selected rather than specified. Inside, the spaces are warm and grounded. Hardwood floors underfoot, fireplaces anchoring spaces, and kitchen and living areas designed for the nights when everyone ends up staying home. The primary bedroom sits a floor above, private and still. The lower level adds two family rooms and two bedrooms that walk out onto a patio with hot tub and room to gather. On the main level, an expansive deck carries the living outdoors to ample seating and a built-in grill. Ownership here is two privileges at once. As a O&O Private Homeowner, the full resort is at your disposal: ski-in, ski-out access, the Ski Lodge and gondola to Big Sky Resort, spa, restaurants and curated experiences are elevated to the brand's global standard, with concierge and housekeeping to match. Moonlight Basin Club membership includes golf at The Reserve, the club's Jack Nicklaus Signature course, hailed as one of the best courses in the West. Enjoy a day at Ulery's Lake for paddling, fishing, and long summer afternoons while LakeLodge and Moonlight Lodge, with their pools, dining, and year-round programming, offer activities and amenities for everyone. Miles of private trails threaded through terrain offer an abundance of outdoor activities. Few homes offer this. Fewer still in a setting quite like this. Refined, adventurous, and unmistakably Montana. What remains is the rare chance to take it on as your own.
